Fynepax Delivery Information

Fynepax Industrial Supplies Delivery Charges for Mainland UK:

• Free Delivery on orders over £200.00 (up to 30 kg).
• For orders under £200.00, a standard delivery charge of £15.00 applies.
• All deliveries are made via a 3-5 Working Day Standard Delivery Service, with charges calculated based on weight and delivery destination.

Important Note: We cannot guarantee the quoted shipment or delivery times and cannot offer refunds related to these times, as they are often beyond our control. We do not receive compensation from our third-party providers.

Premium Rate Delivery

For areas with premium delivery charges, the service is also 3-5 days and priced according to weight and destination. Generally, orders placed before 12:00 noon will be delivered within this timeframe, depending on the longest delivery time item in your order, as indicated in your shopping basket.

Missed Deliveries

If our carrier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they will leave a card and attempt delivery again the following day. If there is still no one available to sign, a second card will be left. The parcel will then be returned to the nearest depot and held for 5 days for collection. If not collected within this period, the parcel will be returned to us. While we will refund the product upon its safe return, we cannot guarantee a refund for shipping costs and may charge for the return of goods in some cases.

Safe Place Instructions

Any requests to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbor, or to change the delivery address must be communicated to us in advance, allowing sufficient time for our carrier to inform their local courier.
